The DashSharing is the The Residential Division of DashCharger

​DashCharger, a leading innovator in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, recognized the need for a more accessible and community-driven charging network in Canada. To address this, DashCharger established DashSharing, its residential division aimed at revolutionizing the EV charging landscape through a peer-to-peer (P2P) platform. DashSharing connects EV owners with homeowners who have residential charging stations, focusing on the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec.

Origins and Vision

The inception of DashSharing stemmed from DashCharger's commitment to sustainability and technological innovation. With the rapid growth of EV adoption, there was an increasing demand for convenient and widely available charging options. Public charging stations alone could not meet this demand, leading DashcCharger to explore alternative solutions.

Development of the Peer-to-Peer Platform

DashSharing's platform was developed to be user-friendly and secure, facilitating seamless interactions between charging station hosts and EV owners. Key features include:

  • Easy Listing for Hosts: Homeowners can effortlessly list their charging stations, set availability, and establish pricing.

  • Convenient Access for Drivers: EV owners can locate nearby residential chargers, schedule charging sessions, and make payments within the app.
